Highest number of black spots in whole of Spain

It has been found that Andalucia in the South of Spain has the highest number of road "black spots" out of all of Spain.

Andalucia has a total of 245 black spots, nearly double that of its closest rival Madrid which has 146. The Andalucian provinces of Malaga and Cadiz account for the majority of the black spots.

Unsurprisingly, Andalucia also has the highest number of road deaths with 51, as opposed to the runner up Madrid, with 31 deaths on the road.
